13. I also like to shade the eyes underneath the eyeliner with a light blue (sometimes other colors, but light blue will almost always work for shading, you can also use a light burnt sienna, this really depends on your tastes). All she needs now is a coat of Matte sealer on the inside of the eyes and gloss on her lids and lips!
